The Welfare Rights Officer from Staffordshire County Council is at the DEAFvibe HUB on the 1st Friday of every month from 10am – 12 noon and again from 1pm – 3pm.

The HUB (Helpful, Understanding, Beneficial) is a drop-in Centre to enable people to look at a wide range of specialist equipment for deaf / hard of hearing people. This means you can try out equipment before buying it - ensuring you buy the right equipment to meet your specific needs.

Advice and support is available from DEAFvibe Advisors (volunteers). We also offer support on how to cope with your hearing loss and can offer you communication tips and solutions.

This is proving to be a vital service as many of you struggle to find the right equipment to meet your specific hearing loss.

We can also offer you support / advice around your hearing aids however we would signpost you to the relevant services for further input with your agreement.
